Carrie Underwood's New Release, Joe Nichols' New Release, Jo Dee Messina's New....

Webb Huh

Carrie Underwood Will Play On In New York City
My pick to replace Martina McBride as my favorite country music singer (only when Martina’s ready to give it up), Carrie Underwood, will be all over NYC next week promoting her new release Play On, which comes out November 3rd.  She’s on Letterman the 2nd, Good Morning America the 3rd and Live with Regis and Kelly the 5th.  Carrie gets around New York more than Bernie Madoff’s illegal money.

New Joe Nichols Is Out Now
I mean his new release Old Things New, not the new Joe that came out of addiction treatment.  Speaking of which, one of the cuts off the release, “An Old Friend of Mine”, deals with addiction and even inspired a website, anoldfriendofmine.com, to help folks deal with addiction.  My name is Webb and I’m a boneaholic.  There, I’m out.

Luke McBain Comic (aka Trace Adkins) Out November 11
The new comic based on Trace Adkins, Luke McBain, will have it’s first issue released on November 11.  The first one is about Louisiana native Luke McBain returning home from prison after serving time on a wrongful conviction.  Right…everyone in prison is innocent.

Jo Dee Messina Finally Has A New Release Scheduled
Joe Dee Messina has scheduled a new release for the spring of 2010 titled Unmistakable.  The first single, “That’s God”, is due out in January.  I can’t wait to hear it because I’ve been wondering if that’s God or not.  Woof.
