Paisley, per usual, is thrilled to perform at this year’s festival.
"You're talking about your most intense fan base and group of people being in the same place at one time once a year," said Paisley. "Fan is short for fanatic, and these people are fanatics. I mean, they play their vacation around that festival. So, I love playing that festival ... these people are very serious about music. They know every word, they want to hear certain songs, they want to meet you, they want access, and they get it at this. And it's really a great thing to be a part of."
CMA Music Festival is a unique celebration of the relationship between Country Music artists and their fans in the heart of Music City USA. The artists participate for free, and in appreciation, CMA donates half the net proceeds of the Festival to support music education in Metro Nashville Public Schools through the "Keep the Music Playing" program.
