Darryl Worley's annual “Hitmakers & Harley’s” concert series raised more than $120,000 to support The Darryl Worley Foundation this year. This series included a live auction and performances by Walt Aldridge, Jim “Moose” Brown, Phil O’Donnell, Wynn Varble and Steve Wariner.
"Every penny raised will go straight to the cause, whether it's helping people in need, our new cancer treatment center or donating to national charities," said Worley. "I'm always astonished at the continued generosity of people, especially in these tough economic times."
Worley’s next stop is his annual Tennessee River Fun Festival in September in West Tennessee.
The Darryl Worley Foundation supports various charities throughout his hometown community, including hospitals, schools and the new Darryl Worley Cancer Treatment Center, which will open in early 2011.
Worley will be releasing his new six-pack album, God & Country, in September. His single, “Keep The Change,” is already on the Country Music charts.
