Tim McGraw is a family man and takes his fatherly duties very seriously, but when it comes to the idea that his daughters may some day date, McGraw told Family Circle magazine, “I think I am in denial.” McGraw’s daughters Gracie, 12, Maggie, 10, and Audrey, 7, may not be old enough to date just yet, but when the time comes, they may want to keep an eye on their dad. McGraw also told Family Circle, “I’ve jokingly told my friends who have sons the same age as Gracie that I’m going to hit the nicest boy of the bunch right off the bat. So when he goes to school with a black eye, all of the other boys will see that I’ve punched the nicest one, and they’ll be scared to death of me.” Luckily, McGraw has his wife of 12 years, Faith Hill, to help keep their family balanced. But McGraw says of being a pushover, “I’d say, ‘No,’ but Faith might disagree.” McGraw continued, “My girls have me wrapped around their little fingers. We also play dress up, and I let them put make up on me. But even if we’re grocery shopping it’s still a good time.”The Country heartthrob is no stranger to being surrounded my women. “I grew up with my mom and two younger sisters, and they always had friends over, but I draw the line at seeing too many chick flicks with Faith,” McGraw told the magazine.As for his relationship with Faith Hill, McGraw gave the magazine a taste of how they stay connected even when their schedules get hectic. “Call each other before we get on a flight and after we land. It’s our rule.”
