Zac Brown Band and Jimmy Buffett Share Stage for CMT Crossroads

Known for his beach-inspired tropical tunes, singer-songwriter Jimmy Buffett will share the stage with Country group the Zac Brown Band on the latest episode of the CMT Crossroads series.

CMT Crossroads: Jimmy Buffett and Zac Brown Band will tape before an invitation-only audience next month in Nashville, and the new episode will premiere in March 2010 on CMT.

Singer/songwriter/author Jimmy Buffett has recorded more than forty records, most of which have gone gold, platinum or multi-platinum. Buffett will release a new studio album, Buffet Hotel, on Dec. 8. It will be his first studio album since 2006's Take the Weather With You."

Zac Brown Band is currently on the road with their Breaking Southern Ground national tour, headlining arenas and amphitheatres. Earlier this year, Zac Brown Band won an ACM Award and two CMT awards in addition to receiving four CMA nominations. The band is currently nominated for two American Music Awards.
