Rodney Atkins started his life at the Holston Home in Greenville, Tenn., as Jimmy Holston.  Years later, the orphanage welcomed home their "poster boy for Hope."
Rodney returned to the Holston Home last week as part of a ceremony to rename the century-old children's home's newly renovated campus after its most famous former resident.
"This is absolutely one of the greatest things of my life," said Rodney of the new Rodney Atkins Youth Center.  "Just to have the opportunity to try and positively affect those kids' lives is wonderful.  This isn't a career achievement.  This is a life achievement."
