This week the recording company launched a new endeavor called the A&R Team, in which Country Music fans can sign up to make record label decisions.Fans can have the opportunity to listen to demos and give opinions about songs, help artists choose upcoming singles and vote on song choices to be released to radio."Why not recruit you, the fans, to help us determine what music makes it into the stores and onto the radio.
