Tune In Wednesday Night For George Strait Tribute!

Tune in Wednesday, May 27th at 8 p.m. EST on CBS Television Network to watch superstars of Country Music pay tribute to the King of Country at the George Strait: ACM Artist of the Decade All Star Concert, featuring a special appearance by Garth Brooks and performances by Dierks Bentley, Brooks & Dunn, Jamie Foxx, Faith Hill, Jack Ingram, Alan Jackson, Jamey Johnson, Toby Keith, Miranda Lambert, Martina McBride, Tim McGraw, Montgomery Gentry, John Rich, LeAnn Rimes, Blake Shelton, Sugarland, Taylor Swift, Keith Urban and Lee Ann Womack.  
Strait was named the ACM Artist of the Decade for the 2000s, joining only four other artists who have received this distinction: Marty Robbins for the 1960s, Loretta Lynn for the 1970s, Alabama for the 1980s and Garth Brooks for the 1990s.  
This first-ever ACM Artist of the Decade television special, produced  by dick clark productions, was taped at MGM Grand Garden Arena in April. Proceeds from the live concert benefited ACM Lifting Lives, the charitable arm of the Academy of Country Music.
