Troy Gentry, Wife, Helping "Wish" Kids

Betts Troy Gentry and his wife Angie are set to serve as Honorary Co-Chairs at the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Middle Tennessee’s Celebration of Wishes Gala on Feb. 1st at the Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville. Wish Kids will be a part of the evening from beginning to end as several assist in everything from the décor and planning the menu to providing talent. Troy will take to the stage as well, performing an acoustic set with his friends, hit songwriters Neil Thrasher and Wendell Mobley. “It is exciting for me to be a part of making a wish come true for one of the courageous kids,” says Troy Gentry. “It’s also a pleasure for me to co-chair this event with my wife.” Montgomery Gentry are preparing to attend their first Grammy Awards ceremony as nominees.
