Trisha Cooks In Your Living Room

4/17/2008 Webb Country Music singer and now popular chef Trisha Yearwood isn't satisifed with just writing a cookbook.  The Country star will be illustrating her favorite recipes in a new GAC special, Trisha Yearwood: From Our Kitchen To Yours. Debuting May 8 at 9 p.m. ET, Trisha's cooking show features her mother, Gwen, and sister, Beth, who also assisted the singer with her new cookbook, Georgia Cooking In An Oklahoma Kitchen.  GAC's From Our Kitchen To Yours will also showcase some of Trisha Yearwood's videos including "Georgia Rain," "Heaven, Heartache And The Power Of Love," "Walkaway Joe," "Squeeze Me In" and "Everybody Knows."  The special was shot in her suburban home in Brentwood, TN On camera, Trisha reveals the Yearwood secrets for deviled eggs and macaroni and cheese, which are key to just about every Southerner's diet. "Macaroni and cheese is a meal in itself," Trisha notes. "Our daddy always said we would eat anything if it was covered in cheese sauce, which was true. Beth actually got engaged over cheese sauce!" The Country star's sister just so happened to make the wedding cake when Trisha married Garth Brooks in December 2005. "I said [the wedding] will be small ... how hard can it be?" Trisha remembers. "And it turned out to be a five-tier wedding cake. It was a small wedding, but it was a big cake." Sounds yummy...Webb is hoping for table scraps....
