1/15/2008 Stephen L. Betts “This Is Me You're Talking To” is Trisha Yearwood’s just-released second single from her most recent album, Heaven, Heartache and the Power of Love. The song comes from a familiar source: songwriter Karyn Rochelle also wrote Trisha's hit “Georgia Rain.” “What makes this song so relatable and really moves you is that it is so vulnerable,” says the singer. “You feel this person is being really honest and saying, ‘I know it's over, but this is me. You don't have to pretend around me.’ It's just so honest and so personal. That's what makes it emotional.” In addition to the release of the new single, Trisha has a new collection out today, just in time for Valentine's Day. Trisha Yearwood: Love Songs includes tracks from each of the nine albums she released from 1991 to 2005. Among the tunes included are “She's In Love With the Boy,” “Down on My Knees,” “I Don't Fall In Love So Easy,” “If I Ain't Got You,” “The Nightingale,” “Love Alone,” “Sweet Love,” and “Baby Don't You Let Go.”
