Tracy Lawrence Hospitalized for Respiratory Infection

Country Music artist Tracy Lawrence was hospitalized yesterday in Nashville due to a respiratory infection. Lawrence is receiving treatment fpr early signs of pneumonia.
Because of his illness, Lawrence has been forced to cancel an appearance scheduled for today in at the Wildhorse Saloon in Lufkin, Texas. No word yet on whether Lawrence will be able to perform at this weekend's dates in San Antonio and Norman, Okla.
