Trace Vs. Piers

 

Trace Adkins has made it to the final two! The country music superstar will appear as one the final two contestants on “The Celebrity Apprentice.” The finale airs this Thursday, March 27 at 9:00 p.m., EST.

 

Adkins and fellow finalist, the British tabloid editor Piers Morgan battle it out in a celebrity charity auction which includes a performance by The Backstreet Boys. The winner will be declared the first-ever “Celebrity Apprentice” and receive a 250K check for the winner’s charity.

 

Adkins, who is playing for FAAN (Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Network), had a very successful run on the show. He has been the catalyst for several successful campaigns, including writing and narrating a Pedigree Dog Adoption commercial and inventing a new sandwich for the Quiznos chain of restaurants.

 

On Thursday, Adkins will give a live performance of “You’re Gonna Miss This,” which will precede a sale of the single on iTunes. The first two weeks of sales will be donated to FAAN. Fans also can donate to the celebrity’s charity by texting the message “TRUMP” to 30101. For more details visit http://www.nbc.com/The_Celebrity_Apprentice.
