Toby Keith to Speak at Press Club Luncheon

Toby Keith has been selected to be a guest speaker at a National Press Club luncheon today at their headquarters in Washington D.C., CMT.com reported. After speaking, he will field questions from the press before heading off on his seventh USO tour to entertain troops stationed in the Persian Gulf. The 11-day tour will include 17 stops on small military bases. 

Keith recently found himself in some hot water when a Rolling Stone article hinted that he had an argument with Kris Kristofferson at Willie Nelson's 70th birthday concert a few years back. Keith denied the story, saying it was purely fabricated and Kristofferson said he does not remember such an incident, though Kristofferson's wife said she does remember the incident.
