This summer during a Mid State Fair performance, Tim McGraw stopped midway through his “Indian Outlaw” performance to ask security to remove an abusive male spectator. McGraw said later, “It's all about enjoying yourself and not messing with other people's fun. And certainly I don't think you should be abusive to women. I think that's number one right there."
McGraw said he is most likely to notice rowdy fans before a member of his security team because of his position on stage. McGraw said he assumes full responsibility for kicking anyone out who refuses to behave themselves.
While controlling his fans, McGraw is in the midst of releasing his new album, Southern Voice, and filming a movie with Sandra Bullock titled The Blind Side. Both are due out later this fall.
