6/17/2008 Patricia Montesinos Third Town eliminated on Nashville Star Country Music Reality TV show Nashville Star said goodbye to trio Third Town Monday night, as the show settled into its second episode with new home network, NBC. John Rich called the group’s lack of a lead singer a problem last week after their performance of The Oak Ridge Boys' "Elvira".  Last night the group chose Alabama's “Mountain Music”, which left the judges less than thrilled with the group's song choice. Solo act Charlie Jenkins was the first to go last week after Jewel said she didn't buy his performance of Tim McGraw's "I Like it, I Love it", calling it “goofy”. Third Town’s elimination leaves ten finalists in the Country Music competition.
