Miranda Lambert’s “White Liar” single has hit #1 on the charts. That’s become the norm for Miranda it seems with past hits like “Kerosene”, “Gunpowder and Lead” and “Famous In A Small Town”. Personally I think the song’s a little prejudice. What about Asian liars, African-American liars, German liars, and so on?

 

Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman Duet

Nicole Kidman says don’t look for her to do a duet with husband Keith Urban anytime soon again. She did make an exception last week at a party for actor Simon Baker. Nicole is working on a new movie, “Rabbit Hole”. Sounds delicious to me. 

 

Kenny Chesney Not Staying In Vegas Long

You can catch Kenny Chesney in a much smaller setting than his stadium concerts when he plays at the Hard Rock in Las Vegas in mid-May and early July. It is just another way Kenny is staying in touch with fans while he doesn’t tour this year. Well roll a hard-8 for me Kenny!

Look what some promotional wizard has come up with now. KRAFT singles has partnered with ABC Disney to find the “single” (get it…single…huh…get it?) best town in America. The winner will be awarded with a block party featuring country music’s Love and Theft. I can’t think of a single reason why that hasn’t been done long ago.

Bocephus, Hank Williams Jr. is teaming up with Jamey Johnson, Eric Church, and The Grascals for what they’re calling the “Rowdy Friends Tour 2010”. Sounds like a dog-gone good time to me! Not many dates announced yet though. Stay tuned…and rowdy. Woof.
