This morning on Good Morning America, the select category nominees for the 2008 Awards were announced, with special guest appearances by Taylor Swift and Rascal Flatts.Mid-morning and mid-country, the final list of nominees were announced at Nashville's Sommet Center, live on CMT's CMT Insider, with performances from Lady Antebellum and James Otto. Kenny Chesney leads the pack with seven nominations.
