3/26/2008 Staff Tetley Iced Tea has announced that the long-time Georgia-based company is the new sponsor of the 2008 CMA Music Festival, the largest Country Music fan event held annually in downtown Nashville.  This year's Country Music fan fair will take place June 5-8. Already sponsoring the "Road to CMA Music Festival Presented by Tetley Iced Tea" warm-up concerts, Tetley Iced Tea hopes to further satisfy its country music patrons at the event itself. While fans wait in line for autographs from their favorite country music stars, Tetley will be handing out iced tea samples in dry souvenir packets at Fan Fair Hall.  The liquid Tetley Iced Tea beverage will be offered at the McDonald's-Dr Pepper Family Zone, to cool country music fans taking part in the hot outdoor events. Tetley Iced Tea is also sponsoring a contest to win an all-expenses-paid-trip to CMA MusicFest 2008, with airfare, hotel and VIP passes.  Fans can register at participating retail outlets, at the pre-festival warm-up concerts, as well as online at www.tetleyusa.com. "Our brand's values are very family-friendly, natural, wholesome and warm," said Cathy Kolumbus, Sr. Brand Manager, Tetley USA. "And our product is about more than just refreshment. It's about sharing good times with family and friends. Country Music reflects that much better than other music genres. That's why we know that Tetley Iced Tea is a great fit with the occasion, the region and even the season of CMA Music Festival."
