Taylor's New Year's Eve Will Be Rockin'

12/5/2007 Stephen L. Betts Taylor Swift is set to perform on Dick Clark's 36th annual New Year's Rockin' Eve on ABC-TV on Dec. 31. Taylor is the only country artist helping ring in the new year on the show this year. Other performers on the special include Fergie (who will emcee the show), Akon, Natasha Bedingfield, Sean Kingston, OneRepublic, Plain White T’s, and will.i.am. Taylor has also just been announced as one of the performers on the 2008 Country Radio Seminar New Faces Show. She'll be joined by Luke Bryan, Jason Michael Carroll, Bucky Covington, and Jake Owen. The show, open to Seminar attendees, takes place March 7, 2008, at the Nashville Convention Center.
