Taylor Swift took time off from her busy schedule as part of her Fearless tour to make a special appearance on Oprah. Swift stopped by as part of the finale of "Oprah's Search for the World's Smartest and Most Talented Kids" to surprise a young fan, reported CountryStandardTime.com.
