Taylor Swift will challenge Beyonce once again for Best Female Video at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards on Sept. 12 in Los Angeles.

This year, Swift;s music video “Fifteen” will challenge Ke$ha, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga and Beyonce for the coveted Moon Man award.

Swift will also be featukred on the ABC special, CMA Music Festival: Country’s Night to Rock, set to air Sept. 1. The starlet will introduce fans to the first single, "Mine," from her upcoming album, Speak Now, during the television special, hosted by Tim McGraw.

Swift's third studio album, Speak Now, will be released Oct. 25.
