Taylor Swift Forgives Kanye West in a Song

Taylor-Swift
The award for 2009's MTV Video Music Award’s biggest jerk goes to….Kanye West, of course. The then egotistical multi-millionaire rapper interrupted Country talent Taylor Swift during her acceptance speech, grabbing the mic from Swift and saying her award belonged to Beyonce. Country's sweetheart forgave West by singing him a tasteful song, "Innocent," at this past weekend's VMA Awards. Lyrics include, “Everyone of us has messed up, too . . . I hope you remember today is never too late to be brand-new."

Swift made it loud and clear that West was the influence in that particular song by including, “Thirty-two and still growing up now / Who you are is not what you did . . . You’re still an innocent.”
