People magazine included Taylor Swift in their annual Best Dressed list, giving her the superlative for "Best Sparkle," wrote TheBoot.com. The list features the top ten celebrities with the most innovative, chic and stylish look among their well-dressed counterparts.
According to the magazine, Swift is "always dressed appropriately in shimmering frocks." Swift responded by saying that "Anything that glitters hypnotizes me."
The issue hits newsstands this Friday, Sept. 18.
