The Sugarland Success

4/8/2008 Lisa Ann Schleipfer A recent StarNewsOnline article reports that Country Music duo Sugarland is riding high from their recent success.  Grammy-winners Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush scored with 2004’s Twice the Speed of Life, and their current album, Enjoy the Ride (2006) has sold more than 2 million copies and remains Number 8 on the Billboard charts. The band is currently touring and set to release their new album this September.  Their first single, yet to be chosen, will air in May.  "I would say that we've definitely crested into a brave new world," Bush tells StarNewsOnline. Country fans lucky enough to have tickets to one of Sugarland’s sold-out shows will be treated to some of the future-hits from the yet-released album.  Bush said "We're starting to play the (new) songs because it's going to be really difficult for us to hold back."
