Stephen Cochran to Entertain Veterans on Thanksgiving Day

 After spending a year on tour, making television appearances and promoting a debut album, many musicians would probably welcome a trip back home for a well-deserved holiday break.  However, for Stephen Cochran, a decorated Marine veteran of campaigns in Iraq and Afghanistan, rest and relaxation isn’t even a consideration. Cochran will spend Thanksgiving performing for his fellow veterans at the Palo Alto, Calif. VA inpatient faculty.  “These veterans have already given their all for our country and sacrificed so much so that we can enjoy the freedoms so many of us take for granted,” Cochran said. “So, when I stop to think about the things I'm thankful for over the past year, these brave men and women are at the very top of my list.”  Cochran, who has raised thousands of dollars on behalf of veterans and their families, said he is dedicated to honoring and assisting his fellow veterans wherever and whenever he can.  “This is sure to be my most memorable Thanksgiving Day,” he said.
