Stars Perform for Alabama

Hank Williams Jr., Gretchen Wilson and Lee Brice will perform at the Wharf Amphitheater in Orange Beach, Ala., on Sept. 25 to promote tourism in Alabama.
 
Tickets for the show, a date on Williams’ Rowdy Friends 2010 tour, are available for Baldwin County residents for $10 and $25 for the general public.
 
The concert is sponsored by the Alabama Department of Tourism. Alabama’s Gulf Shores and Orange Beach communities have seen a significant decline in tourists following the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, and ADoT hopes to increase tourism with the concert.
