Smash Mouth Frontman Goes Country

Steve Harwell, frontman for the band Smash Mouth, famous for it's hits "All Star" and "Walkin' on the Sun," is joining a long line of other musical celebrities and going Country. The singer made the announcement after he was seen at last Tuesday's CMT Music Awards, wrote TheBoot.com.
"I have been working on a Country record for about a year now," Harwell said. "I just want this so bad. I want to break away. I want a solo career and want to prove to people that I belong and deserve to be here. But you've got to earn respect. So I'm moving here and already love it."
The future of the band is still up in the air.
