Josh Kelley has made a career out of being a pop singer and songwriter, but the artist now has eyes for the world of Country Music. The singer recently signed with Universal Music Nashville and is on the road to release a Country album next year.
Kelley told Entertainment Weekly, "Country is where I'm going to live out the rest of my career. This is the style and level of songwriting that I've always wanted. I'm coming home."
Kelley is by no means a novice when it comes to Counry Music. His brother, Charles Kelley, part of the hugely successful Lady Antebellum, has been a driving force behind these new Country ways. "Charles is the main person that convinced me [to go Country]," Kelley said.
Kelley is well on his way creating music for his next Country-designated album, including a track called "Naleigh Moon," a song written for his daughter, recently adopted with wife Katherine Heigl.
