Sara Says Hits CD Reflects Her Faith, Humor

10/4/2007 Stephen L. Betts   Sara Evans says the material on her upcoming Greatest Hits album will reflect her beliefs and personality. The project includes songs such as “Saints and Angels,” which demonstrates her faith, and tracks that show her sense of humor, like “Cheatin’.” Sara says one of the things she enjoys about performing is getting the chance to humor herself, while making others laugh as well. But the singer credits her mother with teaching her how to balance her serious side with her sharp wit. She also says she's learned a lot by watching the way her idols -- including Dolly Parton, Loretta Lynn, and Reba McEntire -- handle both personal and professional matters. Sara Evans’ Greatest Hits will be in stores on Tuesday (10/9).
