Sam & Wy: Soul Woman Joins Soul Man

2/13/2008 Stephen L. Betts Wynonna is set to perform at the Lili Claire Foundation’s First Annual “Everyone’s a Miracle” benefit concert at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium on March 19. She’ll be joined by legendary soul singer Sam Moore. One half of the duo Sam and Dave (whose hits included “Soul Man”), Sam Moore was a 2007 Grammy nominee for his album, Overnight Sensational, which was produced by American Idol judge Randy Jackson, and included appearances by Wynonna, Sting, Bruce Springsteen, Jon Bon Jovi, Eric Clapton, Vince Gill, Mariah Carey, and many others. Sam Moore will receive the Music of the Heart Award at the concert.
