Robb-Royer Robb Royer, founding member of 70s rock sensation, Bread, and Academy Award-winning songwriter, announced the official launch of NashFilms Records.NashFilms was originally intended to stand as its own motion picture production company.  Royer’s background as a producer and director gave him the needed qualifications to successfully launch a piece of the entertainment industry that Nashville lacks. With Nashville’s independent record label population growing by leaps and bounds, Royer decided to form his own company with a different approach, which is a musical genre that is more fitting to his own background… pop/rock.NashFilms, located in the heart of Nashville’s "Music Row," is equipped with an in-house studio and video production bay, allowing the company to complete all works internally and without delay.  Royer has strategically hired a capable and effective team to bring the company’s future closer to success.Jessie Royer-Holmes heads up the company’s day-to-day operations, while Harrison Holmes brings all of the production elements together. Royer has also hired Nashville publicist Don Murry Grubbs to handle publicity needs, while Joe Mattis, President of SlugFest Records Nashville, has been brought in to act as head of the Advisory Board for the NashFilms label.
