Aria recording artist and rising star Stephen Cochran has kept America's returning veterans in his heart and on his schedule as he sings and plays his way to country stardom. A decorated Marine veteran of
campaigns in both Iraq and Afghanistan, Cochran overcame severe combat-related injuries to build one of the genre's most promising careers.

The Nashville-based singer recently returned to the Middle East with his band, the New Country Outlaws, to support and entertain America's fighting men and women. Returning home to Nashville, Cochran was "surprised and humbled" to find his tour bus renovated with a patriotic, red-white-and-blue
wrap emblazoned with his likeness and with the logo of saluteheroes.org.

The Web site is for the Coalition to Salute America's Heroes, an organization that provides ways for individuals and corporations to help wounded and disabled Middle East veterans and their families rebuild their lives. The organization surprised Cochran with the bus wrap as a tribute to the singer's tireless efforts on behalf of his fellow veterans.

"To come home to this kind of welcome from an incredible organization like the Coalition to Salute America's Heroes is just amazing," Cochran said. "I held one of my own men until he died over there. That's why I've worked so hard for all these organizations here at home, to make this country that we
live in the best place for these hereoes to come home to."

Fortunately for Country Music fans, Cochran's also making time to record his highly anticipated sophomore album. The singer is currently co-producing the project in Nashville with longtime producer Jim Allison. The album's debut single, "Wal-Mart Flowers," is already garnering raves and making waves at radio, two weeks before its official April 13 release date.
