LeAnn Rimes Hosts Colgate Country Showdown Finals

1/17/2008 Stephen L. Betts The 26th Annual Colgate Country Showdown national final will be held on Thurs., Jan. 24 at Nashville’s legendary Ryman Auditorium. Hosting the event for the second consecutive year will be LeAnn Rimes. The five regional winners who will compete for $100,000 and this year's title are: Nash Street, representing radio station WOKK, Meridian, MS; Eldon Johnson, representing KQLX, Lisbon, ND; Carrie Joy, representing WTHI, Terre Haute, IN; Trevor Pancxak, representing KMON, Great Falls, MT; and Christy Suggett, representing KKBQ, Houston.
