Richie Fields Taking Part in Autism Benefit Concert

Richie-FieldsCountry artist and father of five Richie Fields will take part in the genre-crossing benefit concert, "Aid 4 Autism," on Saturday, May 2, at Wild Bill's Dance Club in Duluth, Ga. He will be joining other artists including The Lost Trailers, singer/songwriter Tia Severino, rockers Notforgotten and many others.
Fields' is especially closely tied to the project; he, Severino and singer IreneB recorded the charity anthem "I'm Not Afraid." The song was written by 16-year-old Matt Savage, who has suffered from autism since he was three.
Proceeds from the concert will go to to help autism research and families with autistic children. Sales from the anthem single and half of Fields' merchandise sales will go to the same cause.
