Reba McEntire’s 34th album will hit stores Nov. 9. Appropriately titled All the Woman I Am, the album has stirred excitement amongst Twitter fans and Reba’s ever-growing list of Facebook friends, of which she adds more than 11,000 new friends daily, according to
The first single from the album, "Turn On the Radio," is a Top 30 hit on Billboard’s Country Songs chart and has made the list for the Country Aircheck/USA Today chart.
Cherie Oakley helped write the song and was thrilled when Reba asked to cut it.
“It was such a cool experience to hear it for the first time,” Oakley said. “Words can’t really describe it. She just nailed the vocal.”
“I was just blown away. When you write a song, you have a distinct vision for it. I have to say, I could not be happier,” Oakley said.
As for all the woman Reba is, the superstar singer says she is a “mother first, wife second, and the rest just follow.”
Reba will be on stage in St. Leonard, Md., on Aug. 19.
