Collin Raye Releases Selected Hits

9/26/2007 Stephen L. Betts Collin Raye recently released a unique collection called Selected Hits. The six-song collection is available exclusively at Wal-Mart stores for under $6. In addition to two new songs ("A Soldier's Prayer" and "Quitters") the album contains four of Collin's biggest  hits ("That's My Story," "Little Rock," "I Think About You" and "Love, Me" ) all recorded live with the Salt Lake Symphony Orchestra in front of an audience of 8,000. It's the first time live recordings of these songs have been available. The CD, produced by Alabama's Teddy Gentry with Michael Curtis, also features a bonus six-minute interview with Collin. "People can purchase this CD for less than they can download these songs and they get to hear me talk about the songs, their origins and special qualities as well," says Collin.
