Rascal Flatts Earns Digital Gold With New Single

 Rascal Flatts' sales exceeded 500,000 for their latest single, “I Won’t Let Go,” written by Steve Robson and Jason Sellers. RIAA awarded them Digital Gold certification for such success. The single recently reached No. 1 on the USA Today/Country AirCheck powered by Mediabase chart. It is the second No. 1 from Rascal Flatts’ current Big Machine Records album Nothing Like This and the 13th No. 1 of their career.

 
When Nothing Like This was debuted last November it became No. 1 on the country album sales chart, and Rascal Flatts became one of only four country acts to debut six consecutive studio albums at No. 1. The group has sold 20 million albums and 25 million digital downloads and is the most awarded country group of the past decade with awards and certifications from various organizations including American Country Awards, Academy of Country Music, American Music Awards, Country Music Association, People’s Choice Awards and more.
 
Right now the band is on tour across the country visiting 23 cities during what is called “Flatts Fest.” With opening acts such as Sara Evans, Easton Corbin and Justin Moore, the “fest” runs through Sept. 18. It includes many. different fun activities such as a “Flatts Fest” Scavenger Hunt and a “Flatts Fest” Fan Zone, sponsored by Mossy Oak, a Karaoke Challenge presented by Starkey and much more.
