Wait Is Over For Rascal Flatts

It was a long time coming due to their label folding, but Rascal Flatts’ new single, “Why Wait”, is already in Billboard’s Top 20 after just three weeks. It is the first release off their upcoming cd on their new label, Big Machine Records, which is also home to Taylor Swift. “It instantly caught my attention as we were listening down through literally hundreds of songs on our comp CDs,” Flatts’ bass player Jay DeMarcus says. I can relate to the title. My person’s always telling me “wait, wait…”. I say “Why Wait”?
 
Lady Antebellum Has New iTunes Session
Grammy winners Lady A has released a new iTunes session of some of their greatest hits, and a cover of Tom Petty’s “Learning To Fly”. Here’s the whole list of songs on the session:

Blake Shelton Has Another #1
“All About Tonight” has hit #1 on the Billboard charts. The newest Blake Shelton release is his second #1 this year. “Hillbilly Bone” hit the top in March. This is Blake’s 7th #1 of his career. Guess only thing better than that is he’s engaged to Miranda Lambert. Now that makes him #1 on my chart. Woof.
 
Trace Adkins’ Cowboy’s Back In Town Out Now
