Brad Paisley Thinks Taylor Is Swift

Brad Paisley is used to getting words of praise for his work. Now, it’s his turn to do the same for one of his country music colleagues: Taylor Swift.

 

Brad recently bragged on his 18-year-old "Bonfires and Amplifiers" Tour mate in an issue of Blender magazine. The country singer and guitarist said he was very excited from the first time he heard Taylor Swift.

 

“As soon as I downloaded her album, I knew we had to have her,” Paisley said. “She has a very genuine voice.” 

 

Since the tour, Taylor has been working on her sophomore album, which includes a song co-written by another friend from the B&A Tour, Kellie Pickler. Taylor said that while the CD shows growth, she does not want to alienate any of her fans.

 

Brad Paisley doesn’t think it’s anything to worry about. “Taylor will be around a long time,” he said. “Her audience will grow with her.”
