Mr. and Mrs. Paisley Embrace Their Differences

Betts   Brad Paisley and wife Kimberly Williams-Paisley have diverse backgrounds and habits, and admit that at first they weren't sure if their differing lifestyles would be compatible. Brad is from the small town of Glen Dale, West Va., while Kimberly hails from New York City. At the time they met, Brad had relocated to Nashville and was on the verge of country music stardom while Kimberly was living in Los Angeles and starring in the ABC sitcom According to Jim. Brad tells Good Housekeeping that in spite of their geographical and cultural differences at the time, when they went to dinner for the first time, they both thought something important had happened. "We just felt like all the events of our lives had come together for us to meet right when we did,” he says. Brad and Kimberly are featured in the January issue of Good Housekeeping, which is on newsstands now.
