One Thing Taylor Swift Was Not "Fearless" About

For all her big stage performances, travels, being dissed on stage by Kanye West, and the list goes on; Taylor Swift says one of the toughest decisions she’s ever made was to leave high school early.

"That was a tough thing, to make that decision and realize that I was not going to graduate in a graduation ceremony," Taylor recently told The Boot. "You have all these perceptions and dreams that you're gonna throw your cap in the air ... I walked out of 10th grade one day, and had to come to terms with the fact that I was never gonna wear a cap and gown. I think of all the things that you consciously have to do -- ending a period of time in your life that most people experience -- that was pretty tough."

Taylor did graduate later through a home-schooling program.

 

You should see a lot of Taylor on television soon, if you so desire. The CMA Entertainer of the Year nominee recently appeared on 'The Oprah Winfrey Show,' and is scheduled to appear on 'Dancing with the Stars' on Oct. 27, and 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show' on Oct. 29. She's also hosting 'Saturday Night Live' on Nov. 7, just days before the CMA Awards on Nov. 11.
