Old Crow Medicine Show Gears Up for Summer with Live DVD Release

Old Crow Medicine Show is setting up for a hot summer with the release their first live concert DVD, Live at the Orange Peel and Tennessee Theatre, on Aug. 18, CountryStandardTime.com wrote. The group will also be spending the month of August on the recently announced Big Surprise tour.

Live at the Orange Peel was recorded last December, featuring 20 songs including "Down Home Girl," "Alabama High-Test" and "Wagon Wheel." The DVD, directed by Lee Tucker, also includes five tracks that are exclusive tour material.

The Big Surprise Tour is an exciting collaboration between OCMS, Rawlings Machine (featuring Gillian Welch), The Felice Brothers and Justin Townes Earle. The tour kicks off Aug. 4 in Hampton Beach, N.H.
