Nicole Kidman Talks About Past Marriage With Tom Cruise

Once again, Nicole Kidman has said she does not regret her marriage to Tom Cruise. She added that she would hope that her children, however, would not marry as young as she did. The couple married in 1990 when Kidman was 22, and were married for ten years before divorcing in 2001. In a recent interview with Elle magazine, Kidman talked about her marriage to Keith Urban and the transitions between the two relationships. Marrying at such a young age allowed her to learn several things about herself and according to her, helped her transform from “a girl into a woman.”  She also added that things weren’t really complete until she divorced Cruise and married Country Music star husband Keith Urban.  “I didn’t foresee it, that you can meet somebody who you have a deep and more profound love with,” said Kidman in Elle. “I don’t mean to take away anything with Tom, but I would hope that he has the same thing – I know he has the same thing with Katie (Holmes).”  She also adds that Urban has given her a more evolved and complete relationship.   “Keith gave me a life. He gave me a home. He’s loyal and he’s a soul searcher.”
