Joe and Jay Ring in New Shows for New Year

12/21/2007 Stephen L. Betts Joe Nichols will help the Tonight Show with Jay Leno ring in the new year when he performs on the show Jan. 3, 2008. Joe will debut “It Ain't No Crime,” the second single from his CD Real Things. In spite of the ongoing Writers Guild strike, The Tonight Show goes back into live production the night before Joe’s appearance. “I can't think of a better way for me to kick off the new year than being on the same stage as Jay Leno,” says Joe. “And to be able to do the show in its first week back of live production just adds to the excitement. The band and I are going to go in and add as much as we can to the high energy level we know the show is going to have ... these people are ready to get back in there and entertain, and so are we.”
