5/30/2008 Lisa Ann Schleipfer Keith Urban & Nicole Kidman sell Australian Villa Soon-to-be parents Nicole Kidman and Country Music artist Keith Urban have put their Australian villa on the market, reported the Aussie newspaper The Age. The Darling Point home has been listed for $20 million. The 3,500 square-foot villa has been Kidman's Australian home since 1994. With its limited lawns and gardens, the couple is seeking a home with a bit more outdoor space for their expanding family. Or perhaps they simply need more space to teach their future child, rumored to be a baby boy, how to ride a motorcycle. Clutch and Chrome reports today that Keith Urban, who has a passion for motorcycling, is donating a bike and other memorabilia to a celebrity motorcycle exhibit: "MotoStars: Celebrities and Motorcycles." Starting June 28, 2008 Urban is temporarily parting with his custom Vengeance Drifter, a Fender Telecaster guitar, and personal photos. The exhibit can be viewed at the Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum in Pickerington, Ohio, just east of Columbus. Urban also donated a signed guitar to be auctioned off at the opening festivities. Proceeds from the auction will go to the Motorcycle Hall of Fame.  The 8,000 square-foot exhibit will feature memorabilia from more than 100 prominent celebrities and motorcycle enthusiasts.
