New Opry Country Classics Show Announced

Beginning this spring, the Grand Ole Opry will embark on a new show titled Opry Country Classics, which will be new each Thursday night during the spring.
To kick off the very first show on March 26, Larry Gatlin and the Gatlin Brothers will be there to host the show. Performers will include Lorrie Morgan, Loretta Lynn, and Mandy Barnett performing their hits as well as featured songs by Patsy Cline. To make this show even more special, the artists will not only perform songs but will also show old video clips as well as telling stories about the songs and other legends of Country Music.
Marty Stuart and John Conlee are also set to host later shows in the spring as well as Gene Watson who will also appear during a show at a later date.
The new show, sponsored by Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, will stretch out from March 26 through June 18, and then start up again from Sept. 10 through Oct. 29. For more information on the performers and dates, visit www.opry.com.
