This coming June 11-14, Nashville will host the 38th annual CMA Music Festival, filled with countless concerts by top performers, autograph signings and much more family fun.
New additions to the lineup for the 2009 CMA Music Festival are Dierks Bentley, Brooks & Dunn, Montgomery Gentry, Brad Paisley and John Rich, who performed last year with Big & Rich.
Originally known as Fan Fair, CMA’s Music Festival has continued to attract fans nation wide since 1972. Audiences collectively join in to celebrate America’s music at the “crown jewel of Country Music Festivals.” Recipient of the International Entertainment Buyers Association in 2004, 2006, and 2008, the CMA Music Festival goes uncontested as one of the top music festivals of the year.
Additional performers are Trace Adkins, Miranda Lambert, Martina McBride, Julianne Hough, Lady Antebellum and Reba McEntire. Singers will perform on the main stage at LP Field.
Proceeds from the festival benefit the Keep the Music Playing organization aimed at improving music education in the Metro Nashville Public Schools. CMA and Nashville Alliance for Public Education has donated over $2 million to the program that was founded in 2005, as a way for artist to use their talents coaching children to their dreams.
Four-day ticket passes to the festival are on sale now, including access to Nightly Concerts on the VAULT Concert Stage, exclusive access to photo lines, access to the Nashville Convention Center, and much more.
