Neal McCoy and Friends Head to Cancun to Support Cancer Research

On Nov.18-20, Neal McCoy, along with Keith Anderson, Chuck Wicks, Trent Willmon, Wade Hayes, Laura Bell Bundy and Joanna Smith, will perform at the 2nd Annual Country on the Beach, to be held at the Beach Palace Resort in Cancun, Mexico. Sponsored by American Airlines and GAC, the Country on the Beach entertainment starts at sundown on Thursday, Nov. 18, and will continue throughout the weekend.

 

The event will raise funds for the T.J. Martell Foundation, the music industry's largest foundation that funds innovative medical research focused on finding cures for leukemia, cancer and AIDS. The Foundation sources and supports early-stage research projects aimed at developing more effective clinical treatments for patients which otherwise might not be funded.

 

“We work hard on our entertainment and are proud to have Neal McCoy, Keith Anderson, Chuck Wicks, Trent Willmon, Wade Hayes, Laura Bell Bundy and Joanna Smith,” T.J. Martell Foundation Executive Director Laura Heatherly said. “Our adventure will start about sundown on Thursday, Nov. 18, with artist/songwriter entertainment and go way into the wee hours of Friday. Friday will be our first big concert, followed by ‘dueling keyboards,’ plus we are adding ‘open mic’ night, too. Saturday will be our main concert and finale event with all artists and again, partying until dawn.”
