The Academy of Country Music will be hitting the road for charity, and they’re bringing along some special guests.

For the fifth time, they will present the Academy of Country Music Charity Motorcycle Ride in Las Vegas, Nevada. Country legend Montgomery Gentry will be present, hosting the event for the fifth time.

The event kicks off at the Las Vegas Harley-Davidson, the largest Harley-Davidson dealership in the country. Riders will coast through the Nevada desert and mountains before returning to Fremont Street. The ride will culminate there with a free concert open to the public.

Over 25 Country Music artists have signed on for the event, including Lady Antebellum, Little Big Town, Craig Morgan, James Otto and many more. Proceeds from the event will go to the ACM Charity Fund.

The 5th Annual Academy of Country Music Charity Motorcycle Ride will take place on Saturday, May 17. To sign up for the event, you can go to www.acmcountry.com/ride2008.
